So because I can’t sleep I do little meaningless things like meme’s.  This one wants you to list out all of your “first” of certain things in your life.
01)  Who was your FIRST prom date?
Uh… don’t you usually only have one prom?  G.I. Joe G. was my prom date in Hawaii and he was also my boyfriend.  As far as proms go it was ok, I think they are pretty overrated and over priced actually.
02)  Do you still talk to your FIRST love?
The guy in question number one was my first love.  No we didn’t stay in touch.  After we broke up I moved back to Hawaii.  We wrote each other a few times after I left but that was it.  I did find him on myspace though.  I thought about dropping him a “how the hell are ya?” note but his myspace profile says he hasn’t been logged in for months and months and months so didn’t bother.
03)  What was your FIRST alcoholic drink?
Well if you don’t count my dad always telling me to taste his rum and cokes, I was 14 years old and living in Mannheim, Germany.  My boyfriend and our guy friend cut class and bought a really cheap ass bottle of wine, Lambrusco I think.  We took turns guzzling it.  Yeah, I got a bit too tipsy.  Then we went back to school where I had to take a final exam.  Nice.
04)  What was your FIRST job?
If you don’t count babysitting, my first real job was when I was 14 and living in Mannheim, Germany.  My mom enrolled me in the summer hire program on base and I worked in the mess hall.  I swept and mopped floors, cleaned the tables, filled the salt/pepper/sugar shakers, helped wash dishes and wheeled clean dishes up to the cooks.  It was actually fun.  All the Army cooks wanted to date me and just about had heart attacks when I told them my age.
05)  What was your FIRST car?
Ok this is really, really crazy because now I can’t remember!  Some sort of hatchback piece of crap by Chevrolet.  Dammit!  I can’t believe I can’t remember it.  This is really weird.  I’m having trouble remembering things lately.  Then I read that forgetfulness is a symptom of this and considering what I’m going through, it makes sense.  So cut me some friggin slack when I forget things, even when you have told me something 10 times ok?  Anyway, I remember I bought it from my mom.  I paid $300 all in $1 bills.  Yes that is true.  I worked at the commissary on base in Hawaii and earned tips only.  I saved my money.
06)  Who is the FIRST person to text you today?
I don’t have a cell phone so I don’t text.
07)  Who was the FIRST person you thought of this morning?
08)  Who was your FIRST grade teacher?
Mrs. Poole in Racine, WI.  Nice lady but hated how she made this one girl her teachers pet.  I can remember that but I can’t remember the model of my first car.  Unreal.
09)  Where did you go on your FIRST ride on an airplane?
Flew to Denver, CO to spend Christmas with my cousin and her parents and husband.  I was 9 years old and because the plane was overbooked, we got bumped to 1st class.  About a month later I was on a plane again for my first international trip because we were moving to Germany.  My dad had already been living there for some months and I couldn’t wait to see him.  He was late picking us up.  He had been drinking that night and passed out and wouldn’t wake up.  Even when the guy picking him up to come get us was banging on the door like a mad man before my dad finally woke up.  He still thinks that’s funny today.
10)  Who was your FIRST best friend and do you still talk?
Joanna P. in El Paso, TX.  We met in third grade and were best friends for a few years till I moved away.  I kept in touch with her and then we picked up where we left off when I moved back to El Paso for 7th, 8th and part of 9th grade.  But then I moved away again…. ahhh military life!  After that, we didn’t keep in touch.
11)  Where was your FIRST sleep over?
Hmmm… not sure I can remember.  I’m guessing El Paso, TX with the friend I mentioned above.  After moving to Germany, I remember having lots of them there.
12)  Who was the FIRST person you talked to today?
Well to be honest I haven’t technically talked with anyone unless you count my cat.  But I was chatting with Rambo online.
13)  Whose wedding were you in the FIRST time?
Believe it or not, I have never been IN anyone’s wedding.  All of my relatives are long distance and it always seemed like they were getting married when we were overseas and couldn’t afford to go.  Most of my friends either got married at city hall or Vegas or were already married when I met them or they are gay.  Actually when I think about it, I have only been to two weddings.  One was a former roommate and one was some friend of my mom and dads.
14)  What was the FIRST thing you did this morning?
Well I haven’t been to bed yet so I’ll think about yesterday morning.  What is the first thing that every human does when they wake up?  Pee.
15)  What was the FIRST concert you ever went to?
Billy Idol with his Rebel Yell tour in El Paso, TX.  I still have that ticket stub.  It cost $11.50.  Unbelievable how much concerts are today.
16)  FIRST tattoo?
Got a mermaid in honor of the “mermaid tour” in Vegas.  A trip I took with my closest girlfriends and it was a total blast.  We all got mermaids on our lower back.  I only have the one tattoo.  I kind of wish I didn’t have it anymore.  I’ve never been a big believer in tattoos on women.  I don’t mind them on men but on girls… eh, not very becoming.
17)  FIRST piercing?
I was 10 and got my ears pierced when we lived in Germany.  Wow that’s the big finale question?  I figured it would be first time you had sex.
***UPDATE:  Ahhh…. it was a Chevy Citation!  I remembered what it looked like but couldn’t remember the name Citation.
